If you purchased a SiteLock product, click the SiteLock product name in Domain Admin to log in to your SiteLock account where you can complete the order and make changes to the account.

The first time you access your SiteLock account, you will be required to answer a series of questions to complete the set-up of your account. Once the set-up process is complete, SiteLock provides you with a Javascript trust seal that you can install on your website.

For more information about the SiteLock product, including instructions for displaying the SiteLock seal on your website, click the link at the top of the set-up page that says Step-by-Step guide to install the SiteLock security badge.

You can also click Take me to my SiteLock dashboard to see all of the information associated with your SiteLock account, including site stats, seal scans, and any alerts about issues that can affect your SiteLock seal

Creating the TRUSTe privacy policy and seal

If you purchased a TRUSTe product, click the TRUSTe product name in Domain Admin to log in to the TRUSTe page where you create your customized privacy policy.

You will be asked a series of questions about your website, and the answers will be used to generate your privacy policy. There are five categories that you will need to answer about things like the type of data that you collect from visitors to your site, how you use the data that you collect, whether you share that information with other companies, the type of features that are on your site (for example, message boards, member directory, or downloadable software), as well as the contact information that will displayed to users who view your privacy policy.

After you’ve answered all the questions, TRUSTe generates a customized privacy policy for you to review. If you’re not happy with anything in the policy, you can click Edit Policy to go back and change your answers and regenerate the policy. Once you’re satisfied with the result, click the checkbox at the bottom of the page to verify that all the information is correct, and then click Finished Editing.

The final step is to install your privacy policy on your website. TRUSTe provides you with html code that you need to copy and paste to your website. If the order is for the TRUSTe Privacy Service With Seal, you will also get a trust seal to display on your website. Please allow up to two business days for TRUSTe to verify your site. When the verification is complete, you will receive an email with instructions for installing your privacy policy and seal.
